30日（土）に、中華料理店のメニュー用撮影に行ってきた。

全部で70カット、6時間程かかったが、腰痛が出てしまった。
普段運動不足なせいも大きいが、こんなに疲れるとは予想外。やはり年齢的なものかな・・・。
